Fabric Reinforced Membrane Roofing Installation Service
When this fabric-reinforced roofing system is applied, the project is kicked off by washing the roof with a Wac II cleaner. This cleaner prepares your roof for the next step. The roof is then primed with Tack Coat primer, a trustworthy first coat. After that a flexible polyester fabric and base coat is installed on the entire roof area. Before declaring it completed, an 85% reflective top coat is applied at approximately 2 gallons per square foot.
